Initial call inc. up to 1 hour on-site
£81.00 + any spares, NO VAT.
Subsequent 1/4 hour periods
£20.25 NO VAT
Payment Methods:-
My preferred payment method is electronic bank transfer, eg. bill payment by phone banking app. or similar. I accept all major debit/credit card payments using Contactless/NFC, Chip and PIN, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay, by card machine on site. Cheque payment is no longer accepted. Payment is due immediately on leaving the work site (with an issued invoice), or in advance by pro-forma invoice, where payment cannot be taken on leaving site.
Most repairs, or servicing usually completed within 1 hour on-site, or I would advise otherwise before continuing.
Landlord Safety Records (LSR’s)

This would normally include 1 x Boiler + 1x cooking appliance ). I can quote on other combinations of appliances in advance. With LSR’s, I can arrange the appointment with the Tenant, leave their LSR on-site, post your LSR to you, or to your Letting Agent, all-inclusive of the normal charge above.
